Rapper Jay-Z supports Obama
Looks like Barack Obama has lots of votaries in celebrity world. Almost 20,000 fans were in Quicken Loans Arena for the “Last Chance for Change” to support Obama in election race. On the big screen was showed Obama’s 30-minute-speak.
Rapper Jay-Z said to the audience: “Rosa Parks sat so Martin Luther King could walk, and Martin walked so Obama could run! Obama is running so we all can fly, so let’s fly!”
Many of those people had never voted before, but now they decided to do that, to realize their right a little bit earlier. For example, Patricia Hockett, a 50-year-old woman, said: “I voted two weeks ago with some co-workers!“. The woman added that she thinks that Jay-Z’s speak will encourage young people to vote. She said: “It’s wonderful! These kids respect him. They look up to him, respect and believe what he has to say!”
