Actress Heather Locklear caughted by police last Saturday because she was driving under the effect of forbited supstances. She was not indentified by some ordinary citizen, rather it was some who planned this action before. Police said that was female. Calling 911 she said : “We were at the market. She was drunk at the market, and she got in the car and then we saw her pulled over! She wandered up and down the street, but now she’s back in the driver’s seat…”
For a now we just know that actress wasn’t under the influence of alcohol because her test is clean, and for results of drug test we”ll got to wait.
Some reporters indentified the secret caller saying that that was Jill Ishkanian, ex-journalist of the Us Weekly. From the past we know that she was accused for haking into Us Weekly computer. She is under the suspicion for caughting celebriyies.
Before she was suspected for tipping the 911 for Heather, Jill said: “We’re following her. It looks like she’s just revving her engine as she…”
Jill’s leyer, Nicholas Tepper is angrry for attacking Jill for all this.
He said: “She was not staking out. She was not working! She was, happened to be at the market at the exact same time that Ms. Locklear was there! It’s defamatory in the extreme and it’s causing my client damage”
