Bono hopes for change of Brand USA
Bono, front man of U2 talked about new trademark of USA and what they stand for. Speaking in leadership conference in New Orleans he underlined meaning of new election. The famous singer said: ” It’s a great chance to relaunch Brand USA! The whole world has a stake in how things turn out!”
On conference he also said that he is connected with the Global Fund that pays for AIDS programs in Africa.
He said: “The way the U.S. is perceived, “Brand USA”, also means something! And it’s never been so closely watched, who didn’t endorse either candidate for president. Despite of who wins,it’s a great chance to relaunch Brand USA!”
It is usual for Bono to speak in public about poverty, hunger and AIDS in poor countries and the ways how USA should help them. He and his company raised more than $112 million in this purpose.
