Kevin Federline has a full custody to his and Britney’s sons and even little Jayden ended up in the hospital when he was with his mum, Federline won’t said her.
Lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan said to the press that little Jayden often feels sick from “food allergy” and explained: “We’re pleased that someone was aware enough to see that he was having some sort of reaction and do what was necessary to make sure there were no chances taken and got Jayden to the appropriate facility and got the appropriate evaluation! We’re not going to jump to conclusions right now”
The boys are now with their mother in Kentwood, and that is first time that Britney took them with her.
Kaplan also said: “Kids get hurt. Kids get sick, kids fall down, and by definition it’s their duty to do things that they’re not supposed to do. They’re kids. Especially at 2 and 3, these things will happen. The point is for the parents to try to minimize the possibility of these things happening…”
